Edit: Company gave the response below that they seem to give to everyone. I emailed them again. Five days later, and I still have not gotten a response.
I placed an order two months ago. I got regular updates at first. Then the product hit quality control and packaging, and I have not received any updates since. I have contacted them three different times asking for an update (starting several weeks ago), and I have heard nothing from them. I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.
The package was not delivered on Oct 28th like the USPS says. Now there saying it was stolen. To contact you for replacement. So I'm out the money and received nothing. You need to use UPS. I'll gladly pay to have something delivered on time. Now they say they need the more information. They are not helping me at all. Every time I e-mail them a different person e-mails me back. With more information what don't they understand their carrier left it at my door and it was STOLEN not happy at all with this company. And I tired of dealing with this. You have just loss a customer because no-one at your company can decide what they are going to do.

I absolutely love my 64hydro water bottle...ordering and shipping was so easy...im very pleased with the print and make of the bottle.. im going to order the owl stainless steel bottle next.. I can't wait to receive it
I bought this for my son for one of his birthday gifts and he absolutely loved it!
I ordered 2 bottles in April, no problem they arrieved in 3 weeks. I order 3 bottles May 13, I have not received a tracking number/or order number, but the amout 52.83 was taken from my credit card on May 13. I have not received the merchandise nor have I received an email with the order number or tracking number.
Shipping is from Hong Kong and takes forever. One of my bottles the paint or color was faded in spots. Also some words were misspelled. All in all the whole ordeal was frustrating and I will not be gifting the items or ordering from 64Hydro again.
64 hydro replied to this review but once again they lied. I received no email nor did I receive any communication other than this email.
Loved the bottle and received it in a timely manner
I got the tumbler that I ordered and I have to say I didnt realize it was going to look like a sticker that had been rapped around the tumbler . It really looks cheaply done . I have to say I wouldn't order another one

I purchased 2 of these bottles and I couldn’t track my product. I purchased these items 1-19-2021 and I have yet to receive my bottles. I am disappointed. I have been looking forward to these bottles.
The cup it self works great keeping drinks at their temperature. The print, however, is poor quality. It looks good from afar but resembles a bad house printer with visible lines throughout the print. What is left looks blocky.
I have after approximately 5 weeks received 2 out of the 3 items I purchased. The t-shirt is super cute and the bottle is exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to receive the last bottle. Shipping and time frame are the only issues. The products are fantastic.
The products look great but the wait time from shipping to arrival is very long. There was a lack of communication with customer service at first but after 3 attempts at contact, I was finally able to get updated information about my order.
